What are the delivery times?
We process your order within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery times are then generally 6 to 12 business days for France and Europe. For international orders (USA, UK), this may vary slightly.
Do you ship internationally (UK, USA, etc.)?
Yes, absolutely! We deliver worldwide, including to the UK and the US.
- Outside France: A fixed delivery fee of €4.90 applies.
- Customs: For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees may apply upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.
Is payment on the site secure?
Yes, absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption to guarantee the security of your data. We use globally recognized payment platforms such as Stripe and PayPal . No banking information is stored on our servers.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely at ease. That's why we offer a 30-day "Money Back Guarantee" . If the product doesn't suit you, you have 30 days after receipt to return it and receive a full refund.
Are the diffusers noisy?
No. All Aromyr™ diffusers (JELLY MIST, FIRE MIST, JELLY FLOAT, ETNA) use advanced ultrasonic technology. They operate at a sound level below 36 dB , which is considered ultra-quiet (quieter than a library).
Are your essential oils safe for animals?
Our oils are 100% pure. However, some oils may be irritating to pets (cats, dogs, birds). We recommend diffusing in a well-ventilated room and leaving a door open so your pet can go outside if it wishes. If in doubt, consult your veterinarian.
